DUVETICA – FW21-22 collection
On the occasion of Milan Fashion Week, the Duvetica brand presented the FW21-22 collection. The brand amazed the spectators with a new and modern fashion show: the Laser Show. It was like sitting at the console for a videogame match. The brand’s mascots: Lisa and Davide wore the FW21-22 garments. With this show the true personality of Duvetica was revealed: fun and undoubtedly unconventional. Duvetica was founded in 2004 and on May 18, 2018 was acquired by F&F, a company listed on the Seoul Stock Exchange and which has long been operating in the fashion sector in the Far East. Since September 2019 Luca Piani has taken over the management of the company as CEO.
How was your passion for fashion born?
The passion for fashion was born with us from the irrepressible desire for innovation and amazement, from our intrinsic need for lights, colors and involvement.
How do you define the aesthetics of your creations?
A contemporary language, a reversible aesthetic, material elements and metallic effects to touch and mix for a carefree and ironic style.
How would you define your brand in three words?
Digital Unexpected, Positively Italian, Colorful pop.
What are your main references and inspirations?
Our main reference is the crew we turn to that inspires us, amazes us, lets us discover a versatile world that ranges from gaming to video challenges.
How did you approach the lockdown on a creative level?
We faced the lockdown by working on our DNA and communicating the resilience and positivity that have always accompanied the Bel Paese. “Che sarà sarà” we sang it all together.
What’s in the future of DUVETICA?
In the future of Duvetica there are the smiles of our protagonists, an international crew that will compete with each other through videos and zips.
