Beatrice Schleret presents her brand:
How was your passion for shoes born?
My passion for shoes was born as a child, I remember that my adored aunt always gave me wonderful ballerina shoes, I was so happy to receive them as a gift !! When I grew up I learned to mix different colors, volumes and materials to create my always calm and elegant looks, I have never followed excessive fashions, I have always preferred a lasting fashion over the years, tailored garments, made with good materials.
How did you take your first steps in this sector?
I am an interior architect, designing for the family business the furniture collections that have furnished the most beautiful royal residences in the Middle East, I used precious fabrics and trimmings, I wanted to combine the knowledge of these materials with my passion for shoes creating the Lamûre footwear brand.
What does being a designer mean for you?
It means being able to pour my passion and creativity into the creation of unique products, truly qualitative and usable in the everyday life of women all over the world.
What are your sources of inspiration?
I draw inspiration from everything I see, hear, breathe in everyday life, be it travels, places, films, experiences.
What are the materials you prefer in your collections?
I mainly use precious furnishing materials and fabrics, silks, brocades, trimmings, linens, something unique in the panorama of luxury footwear.
Three words to describe your brand.

The story of a dream, that of making really comfortable shoes, without sacrificing sensuality, which can guarantee women a different and unique choice to make their dreams come true.
What is the most important thing you have learned?
That we are the authors of our own fate.
New projects or ideas you are working on?
For us the eco-sustainability of the product is very important, our packaging is already so, the bags are made of certified organic cotton and the box in recycled cardboard, now we are conducting a great work of research for the next collections on eco-sustainable materials, reconverting in fine fabrics recycled materials.
How do you see your future?
Today it is difficult to make predictions given the world situation, but I am sure that after this crisis we will have great opportunities for growth.
